Hi, it's Milo. 👋
Here are three ways to let AI carry a little of the load.
1. Declutter in 15-minute bites
Big mess, small energy? Ask your AI:
I want to declutter my [closet / garage / kitchen drawers]. Break it into 15-minute sessions over one week. For each session, tell me exactly what to sort and what to keep, donate, or toss.
2. Get the short version of a long email
Got a giant email chain or newsletter you don't have time for? Paste the text into your AI and ask:
Summarize this in 5 short bullet points. Then tell me if anyone is waiting on me to do something.
Safety note: take out passwords, account numbers, and private details about other people before you paste.
3. Make a trivia quiz about your favorite thing
Fun for a coffee break or a family dinner. Ask your AI:
Make me a 7-question trivia quiz about [your favorite show / sports team / decade]. Start easy, get harder. Don't show the answers until I reply.
Bonus: A 5-minute stretch break
Sitting all day? Try:
Give me a gentle 5-minute stretch routine I can do at my desk. Simple steps, no equipment.
Safety note: go easy, and skip anything that hurts. Check with your doctor if you have an injury.
Tip: swap in your own details where you see [brackets].
Which one will you try?
Tell Milo which one you'll try: email milo@askmiloaboutai.com.
What's the messiest spot in your home? I won't tell. Write to milo@askmiloaboutai.com. I read every message.
See you tomorrow morning, Milo
